Important Information

  • All delegates, including committee members and local organizers, are required to register for participation in the conference, since conference running expenses are primarily met from the registration fee.
  • Registration is not transferable to any other delegate.
  • Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of the payment.
  • Students will be required to produce documentary evidence of their student status.
  • Registration fees entitles a delegate free access to welcome ceremony, inaugural and other technical sessions, registration kit, tea and refreshments, lunches, dinners during the workshop.

  • Approved cancellations will be entitled for only 50% refund of the amount paid.
